I ordered 3 of these, in which 2 were fine but the 3rd was broke near the front tire.
My mistake was opening it 2 days before giving them to my grandbabies.
Didn't make a big deal about it because it didn't affect the use or function of the product.
Easyy to assemble instructions
Charge 12 hrs before 1st use
To synchronize the remote hold the up and down button at the same time, hold till red light shows, then turn the car on, wait a few seconds then push forward backwards to check if it functions. If not try again.
Otherwise, these were great gifts.
Haven't had a chance to use them because today is Christmas Eve and will be given to them Christmas day. Will keep you updated.
