Payment
All payments are due when the order is completed. If a payment is not made or if the payment method is refused, an order for the goods will not be issued, and no items will be delivered. Due to non-payment, the buyer will lose possession of any products. We recognize PayPal as a payment method. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards that have a registered billing address to make PayPal payments. And all goods price has included TAX.
Shipping Policies
We promise to offer Free Shipping for all orders in the US. However, there is no current shipping service available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam currently. Offer for Free Shipping in the US does not apply to any orders shipped outside of the USA. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

Refund/Return Policy
Customers can enjoy easy 60 days return at Tobbi.
Items are entitled to be refunded or retuned if the buyer submit the request within 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the package. To submit by email: [email protected]. But not all product is returnable. All NON-seller-caused return-for-refunds are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Meanwhile, the refund will be issued within 5 business days from the date of the receipt of the returning package.

Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order before payment has been processed. The buyer is responsible for the payment until it has been processed.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
